If the product does not match your request, you can contact us through our official channels, and we will work to resolve the issue within 48 working hours. Return Policy: • National Day products are not exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product. • If you wish to change the item to another shape, you can contact us via WhatsApp sales within 3 hours of payment. • If the order has been shipped and the product received does not match the display picture or has a manufacturing defect, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition. • When exchanging an order, if the mistake is from the customer, the customer bears the shipping costs, which include the returned shipment from you and the replacement shipment sent by us, and the shipping fee is 50 SAR. • If the mistake is from us, the customer bears no shipping costs, and the exchange is free.
